However, instead of being in a prison, you have the freedom to roam OceanSide City and all the sewers and caves under it. The objective is to climb the ranks and create your own empire. Be careful though, the dangers are not only in the sewers and caves. WebThis is done in two places. Towny checks first in the config.yml at town_block_ratio: 8 and by default gives a town 8 townblocks per resident.
